At Schöffel Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your country technical wear or knitwear isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and specify whether you require a size exchange or a refund for each item.

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Place the items and the completed form inside the original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid Royal Mail tracked return label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any previous delivery addresses.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel in at any Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
